    • Director of Finance

    Applications are being accepted to establish a certified list for Director of Finance:
    Plans, coordinates and administers the full range of financial and accounting administrative duties. Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting or finance, including 12 semester units in accounting. Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in public accounting or municipal finance including at least two years of administrative/supervisory responsibility. (CPA license or Masters Degree in business administration, public administration or related discipline is highly desirable.) Valid driver’s license required.

    Annual Range: $79,250.21 - $114,830.60 (Advanced placement based on experience)

    Deputy Harbor Master (DHM)
    Harbor Worker B (HWB)

    Applications are being accepted to establish a certified list for Deputy Harbor Master & Harbor Worker B

    DHM: Performs a variety of maintenance, repair, safety and public information activities in support of the facility. Required High School diploma or GED equivalency. At least 1 year experience in one of the following areas: operating small vessels; maintenance, construction or repair, ocean search and rescue; or marina maintenance. Training: (Completion within six months of employment) Penal Code 832 law Enforcement Training, Marine Fires, CPR Adult, Child, and 2 Person, and Standard First Aid. Valid driver’s license required.
    Hourly Salary Range $22.948 – $25.293 (Advanced placement based on experience)

    HWB: Entry-level, duties include ground maintenance, janitorial services, maintenance, and light clerical tasks. Requires ability to lift 60 pounds. Education: High School or GED Equivalent. Valid driver’s license required.
    Hourly Salary Range $12.766 - $19.248 (Advanced placement based on experience).
