Sealed Bid Proposals shall be submitted to San Mateo County Harbor District, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on June 17, 2010, at Pillar Point Harbormaster’s Office, 1 Johnson Pier, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 2, 2010 @ 10:30 am at Pillar Point Harbormaster’s Office, 1 Johnson Pier, Half Moon Bay, CA, 94019.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. The San Mateo County Harbor District Board of Harbor Commissioners reserves the right to deny any award of the Project’s Construction Contract to any and all prospective bidders. The award of this contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail.
