Please be advised that the FY 2008-09 Budget will be discussed at the following Harbor Commission Board meetings; Rates and Fees for Oyster Point Marina/Park will be discussed also. The Commission approved Rates and Fees for Pillar Point harbor for FY 2007-08 and FY 2008-09 last year on June 20, 2007.

GASB 45 ACTUARIAL ANALYSIS AND REPORT

OTHER POST EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT
LIABILITIES OTHER THAN PENSIONS
The San Mateo County Harbor District will receive proposals for GASB 45 Actuarial Analysis and Report for Other-Post-Employment-Benefits (“OPEB”).
Proposals must be submitted to the San Mateo County Harbor District no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at 400 Oyster Point Blvd., Suite 300, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Phone: (650) 583-4400.

No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail. Proposals will be accepted by personal delivery, first class and certified mail, and Federal Express.
To be considered, Proposer must submit an original and five (5) copies of the RFP in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Proposer’s name, address, and the words “GASB 45 Actuarial Analysis and Report for OPEB”.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
