NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS

RFP – Trust, Investment Management and Financial Advisor Services for GASB 45 (OPEB) Trust
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received in the Office of the San Mateo County Harbor District (“District”) either by personal delivery or by U.S. Postal Service addressed to its address: 400 Oyster Point Blvd, Suite 300, South San Francisco, CA 94080, on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, until 4:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time for the following:
RFP – Trust, Investment Management and Financial Advisor Services for GASB 45 (OPEB) Trust
The District seeks proposals for providing trust and investment management services for a GASB 45 (OPEB) Trust. Proposals shall be submitted enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “RFP – TRUST, INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL ADVISOR SERVICES FOR GASB 45 (OPEB) TRUST,” and plainly endorsed with proposer’s name and address.

For those who wish to download these RFP documents from the District’s web site, your name will not appear on the District’s List of Potential Proposers unless you notify the District.
Any addenda made to the RFP will be posted in the above section of the District’s website. It is the responsibility of the proposer to check the District’s web site for any addenda that may be issued relative to this contract.

OYSTER POINT MARINA EAST BASIN MAINTENANCE DREDGE PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Harbor District will receive sealed bids for the Oyster Point Marina East Basin Maintenance Dredge Project.
Sealed Bid Proposals shall be submitted to San Mateo County Harbor District no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on March 18, 2010, at District Offices, 400 Oyster Point Blvd. Suite 300, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
PROJECT BID SPECIFICATIONS ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE at the San Mateo County Harbor District, 400 Oyster Point Blvd. Suite 300, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Phone (650) 583-4400. There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the project manual.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 4, 2010 at 10:30 am at Oyster Point Marina/Park Harbormaster’s Office, 95 Harbormaster Rd, South San Francisco, CA. The pre-bid conference is mandatory for the contractor’s bid to be considered responsive.
Bid, Performance and Material & Labor Bonds are required as part of this agreement. Additionally U.S.L & H Workers Compensation Coverage is required.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. The award of this contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail.
