NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Harbor District will receive sealed bids for the Oyster Point Asphalt Repair Project.
Sealed Bid Proposals shall be submitted to San Mateo County Harbor District, no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on June 24, 2011, at Oyster Point Harbormaster’s Office, 95 Harbormaster Road #1, South San Francisco, CA 94080.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 16, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m. at Oyster Point Harbormaster’s Office, 95 Harbormaster Road #1, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Failure to attend will cause disqualification of bidder.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. The San Mateo County Harbor District Board of Harbor Commissioners reserves the right to deny any award of the Project’s Construction Contract to any and all prospective bidders. The award of this contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail.
