Invitation to Bid/Replacement of Oyster Point Marina Entrance Navigation Aids

The San Mateo County Harbor District will receive sealed bids for the Replacement of Oyster Point Marina Entrance Navigation Aids. The District invites qualified contractors to bid. The project includes the replacement of existing private aids No. 1 and 2, tripod dolphins at the entrance of Oyster Point Marina channel with new steel monopile private aids.

September 21, 2021 at 10:30 am - Virtual Pre-Bid Conference 

A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on September 21, 2021 at 10:30 am remotely via Microsoft Teams.  District will be available to answer general questions pertaining to the solicitation documents and the specificiations.

September 24, 2021 at 4:30 pm - Written requests for approved equals/modifications/clarifications are due. 

Requests for modifications or clarifications of any requirement must be submitted in writing or by e-mail at by September 24, 2021 at 4:30 pm. 


September 29, 2021  - District will respond to requests for approved equals. 


October 7, 2021 at 2 pm - Bid Opening San Mateo County Harbor District Office 

Sealed Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the San Mateo County Harbor District, Administration Office, no later than October 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. local time at 504 Avenue Alhambra, 2nd Floor, El Granada, CA  94018.   



Bid and Material & Labor Bonds are required as part of this agreement. 

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.  The award of this contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.  No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail.
