PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Harbor District will receive sealed bids for the Pillar Point Harbor – Retail Center Roof Replacement Project. The District invites qualified contractors to bid on the Retail Center Roof Replacement Project at Pillar Point Harbor. Pillar Point Harbor located in Half Moon Bay has a western portion of the retail center building in need of roof replacement; The roof area in question consists of approximately 1,000ft2 of pitched, tar shingled roof. The objective of this project is to allow the surrounding businesses to continue with their day-to-day operation and maintain public safety. Prospective Bidders are directed to the San Mateo County Harbor District’s website (smharbor.com) for construction documents and further information.

 Sealed Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the San Mateo County Harbor District, Administration Office, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on October 4, 2023, at 504 Avenue Alhambra, 2nd Floor, El Granada, CA 94018.
