The San Mateo County Harbor Commission Water Quality and Public Safety Committee shall advise and assist the San Mateo County Harbor Commission in researching, developing, and advocating water quality and public safety improvements. This work may include researching and recommending ways to carry out water quality monitoring projects and assisting the Harbor District in securing support and funding for improvements to public safety concerns in the Harbors.
