Notice is hereby given that the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the San Mateo County Harbor District has adopted its Preliminary 2019/20 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program at a Regular Meeting on April 17, 2019, and shall hold a public hearing for the purpose of adopting the San Mateo County Harbor District’s Final 2019/20 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program on June 19, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the San Mateo County Harbor District’s Administration Building at 504 Avenue Alhambra, Ste. 200, El Granada, California pursuant to Harbors and Navigation Code §6093.1.
Any member of the public may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item in the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. Written comments regarding the above are welcome. Please address these comments to: San Mateo County Harbor District, P.O. A copy of the San Mateo County Harbor District’s Preliminary 2019/20 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program has been posted on the District’s website at https://www.smharbor.com/preliminary-2019-20-budget and is available for inspection.

San Mateo County Harbor District moves to Districted Elections: Proposed Maps; Round 1.
After the primary phase of the move to Districted Elections whereby demographic services and community input were sought, the first round of Proposed Election District Maps will be available no later than August 8 on the District’s website, www.smharbor.com/district-elections.
The public can provide comments on this process by: email to Steve McGrath (redacted); mail to San Mateo Harbor District, PO Box 1449, El Granada, CA 94018; or in person at the next Harbor Commission meeting August 15, 6:30 p.m. at the District office, 504 Ave. Alhambra, El Granada.
Following this meeting, there will be two additional public meetings to review the maps and gain additional input prior to the next Harbor Commission meeting in September.
