Culinary Institute of America - Singapore Campus Tour

The students of the Culinary Institute of America - Sinapore were given a tour of Pillar Point Harbor facilitated by Lisa Bettencourt Damrosch of the Half Moon Bay Seafood Marketing Association and Morning Star Fisheries. This was one stop of a farm-to-table, learning  the importance of sustainable farming and fishing.
