All bids for the West Trail Living Shoreline Project were rejected by the District Board of Harbor Commissioners on May 19th, 2021. An invitation for bid (IFB) will be re-issued for the Project in the coming weeks and will follow the District’s pre-qualification process. The anticipated IFB re- release is mid-June 2021. All prior bidders will be notified at the time of IFB release. We appreciate your continued interest in this Project.
